About the Position

OCS Group is looking for a talented HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of our clients' facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and servicing AC units, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, replacing belts, and checking refrigerant levels.
  • Carry out installations and repairs of AC units in a variety of settings, including office buildings and public spaces.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) controls.
Requirements
  • Qualified to C&G level 2 minimum in 2079 (F-Gas and ODS regulations) & 6187 (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Familiarity with integrated CAFM systems and handheld PDA's
