The Search and Account Safety Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of TikTok's search and account domains. This team is responsible for implementing operational processes and overseeing day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards.
  • Monitor the quality of content review for complex and high-quality content, ensuring credible quality result output.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the review of complex content.
  • Provide feedback to team members on quality performance outcomes, analysis, and interpretation of data.
  • Develop and implement training for team members to enhance the quality of their work output.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish quality improvement goals, targets, and priorities.
  • Create and execute projects aimed at enhancing the priority and quality of content review.
  • Communicate outlined expectations and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fluent in English and German, with an in-depth understanding of the DE market regional culture.
  • Proven experience in quality control and continuous improvement in high-quality and complex content review.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Experience working with content review tools and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent content analytical skills and attention to detail.
