About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Expert. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-class service to our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process customer orders, answer phone calls, maintain stock levels, and face shelves in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Deal with supplier deliveries, accurately recording and processing them in our systems.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to our high standards of health and safety.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar phone-based role, possessing excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to a diverse range of people. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized, with good numerical skills. If you have fundamental customer service and transferable skills, we encourage you to apply.
