About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Relief Manager to join our team at HC One. As a Relief Manager, you will be responsible for running an entire care home when the Home Manager is absent or we are recruiting for a new one.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, with experience working with vulnerable adults. You will be a Registered Nurse with a current Nursing Homes PIN number or have an S/NVQ4 qualification in Health & Social Care.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, a great time manager, and has excellent communication skills. You will be able to work well under pressure and have a positive attitude towards resident wellbeing.
