About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
  • Offering companionship and social interaction to clients, including playing games, watching TV, and going on outings.
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration.
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • A caring and compassionate nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
