About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement of contractors, including tender analysis and award
  • Implementing commercial processes, such as standardized templates and tender procurement trackers
  • Working with the Technical department and external design consultants to build preconstruction plans and works scopes
  • Managing variation trackers and signing off variations and valuations
  • Risk analysis and cash flow forecasting
  • Monthly CVR reporting and package management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar or the same role
  • Educated to HNC standard
  • Experience of residential development
  • Ability to travel around the Southern Home Counties and Essex to visit sites
  • Ability to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days
