This role is crucial in driving project development, implementation, and monitoring to improve physical health outcomes for individuals with serious mental illness. The post holder will lead an assigned portfolio, working closely with stakeholders across multiple partners.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Transformational Change Facilitator. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating designated projects across King's Health Partners and the local system.

The ideal candidate will have substantial NHS experience in facilitating transformational change within and across healthcare organizations. Excellent communication skills, particularly in complex matters and difficult situations, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop, deliver, and coordinate designated projects, ensuring clear responsibilities, priorities, and timescales for project leads.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate project team members, providing daily supervision, recruitment, disciplinary actions, appraisals, development opportunities, and financial management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with colleagues across the system to encourage collaborative working and trust-building. Ensure the voice of service users and carers is heard and acted upon throughout project development, delivery, and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Educated to Master's level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Substantial NHS experience of facilitating transformational change within and across healthcare organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills on complex matters and in difficult situations.
