The Role


The Ecommerce Trading Manager will be a key member of the ecommerce team working closely with the Marketing department, taking ownership for on-site execution of eComplete's campaign and commercial activities and leading the communication with all digital marketing channels.


Responsibilities include:



  • Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics
  • Daily monitoring of the competitor landscape, reacting to any trading updates and proposing and implementing changes
  • Supporting the commercial strategy for our brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing and discount strategy
  • Deep diving into every brand's on-site experience and journey optimisation for the customer
  • Operating as a specialist for the customer's expectations and demands and feeding those insights back to all digital channels to optimise the overall channel marketing strategy

Requirements


The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial awareness and numbers driven, fluent in Italian, first experience in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling the online strategy and marketing channels, self-organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels.
