Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, promoting independence and well-being in a person-centred approach.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, helping them to manage anxiety and distress.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive relationships and a culture of respect.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Previous experience in a community setting, with a strong understanding of mental health needs.
  • GCSEs in relevant subjects, such as Maths, English, or Health and Social Care.
  • Fully enhanced DBS and a valid UK driving license.
