Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Southampton.

About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals with mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, provide emotional support, and promote recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care to patients with mental health needs
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Support the implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service
Requirements:
  • Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
