Marlin Alpha is a boutique executive search firm specializing in placing top-tier talent within hedge funds, asset management, sell-side institutions, and private equity. With a global focus on financial services, we're rapidly expanding and are seeking a driven partner to help grow the firm and lead business development efforts.

Role Overview

This role is remote in the early stages, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As the firm grows, there will be opportunities for in-person collaboration depending on your location and the firm's strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Leverage your network and expertise to build client relationships and generate new business
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hedge funds, asset management, sell-side institutions, and private equity roles
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic decision-making and firm growth
  • Contribute to the long-term vision and success of Marlin Alpha
