Divisional Financial Controller

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Financial Controller to join a private equity-backed renewable energy business. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to take on a strategic leadership role and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Provide insightful financial and operational information to the Executive team
  • Partner with the Divisional Managing Director and their direct reports to manage performance against the strategic plan
  • Support the CFO in fostering a finance business partnering culture within the division
  • Manage shareholder relationships and provide timely information to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders to evaluate and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-growth environments, leading diverse projects and work streams
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role
  • Experience in private equity or entrepreneurial businesses
  • Commercially minded, capable of connecting financial objectives with operational outcomes
