- Reporting and Meetings: Complete necessary reporting and participate in meetings and briefings, providing updates on key performance indicators.

- Previous Experience: Previous recruitment experience in similar onsite customer-facing roles is advantageous.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
