Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Team Leader at The Co-operative Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Team Members and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store and make decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Support the Store Manager with HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
