Job Summary: We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort and Spa. This is a permanent part-time position working 10-15 hours across 2-3 various days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

About the Role:
  • Take food and drink orders efficiently.
  • Clear and reset tables in the restaurant area.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Maintain bar and restaurant cleanliness to a high standard.
  • Collect glasses and tableware as needed.
