HSS Hire is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our team in ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate payroll processing.
We're looking for an organized individual with great communication skills to support our team with HR tasks, manage employee records, benefits, and recruitment, while also processing payroll with precision and on time.
About the Role
- Manage employee records accurately and confidentially, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Support the recruitment process, onboard new hires, and facilitate their integration into the team.
- Process payroll with % accuracy and on time every month, ensuring timely payment to employees.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and payroll-related queries, providing exceptional customer service to colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in both HR and Payroll, preferably with familiarity with HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your value to our organization.
