About the Role

H.B. Fuller is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top talent that embodies our core values and drives our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate Closely: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source Top Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find the best candidates.
  • Craft Engaging Job Postings: Write inclusive and compelling job descriptions that capture our organizational culture and attract diverse talent.
  • Conduct Insightful Interviews: Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, ensuring they align with our values.
  • Guide & Train: Equip interviewers with techniques to make the hiring process as effective as possible.
  • Promote Our Culture: Advocate for our values and career growth opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends and market conditions to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with potential talent through industry events and career fairs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with recruitment processes.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (like Workday) and other HR tools.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
