We are seeking a highly-organised Translation Project Manager to join our fast-paced Translation team at ICS, where you will play a key role in providing a superior level of language services fully integrated with digital strategy.

This role is integral to the day-to-day operation of our language services, liaising closely with Client Account Managers and our expert pool of freelance translators.

In over 100+ languages, we take pride in connecting clients with their ideal audiences, in some of the most competitive industries. The role will suit a motivated, highly-organised person with a passion for languages and the translation industry.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours), hybrid-working
  • Salary: £23,400 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Translation project management across a wide range of exciting sectors
  • Providing full support to Client Account Managers in all aspects of translation services
  • Coordinating a team of freelance linguist experts
  • Working directly with CAT tools and other localisation software

Requirements for this role include:

  • Native-level English and advanced level of another language; or native-level speaker of another language and advanced level of English
  • Degree in translation, language(s) or linguistics
  • Experience in project management and coordination, ideally with a language service provider
  • Good understanding of the translation industry
  • Familiar with CAT tools
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
