Job Description:

At Academics Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality education services to our clients. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff and ensuring that students receive the best possible education.

About the Job:
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for supervising students, maintaining order in the classroom, and supporting the teacher in their absence. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of subjects and year groups, gaining valuable experience in teaching and education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students and maintain order in the classroom
* Support the teacher in their absence, assisting with lesson planning and student management
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
* Use technology, including Microsoft Office, to support lesson planning and student management

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C or equivalent)
* Ability to use technology, including Microsoft Office, to support lesson planning and student management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £32,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
