Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
