Duty Manager

We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at ZIP by Premier Inn Cardiff. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you'll be the face of our hotel, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the hotel is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Monitor and control hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
