Job Title: Farm Instructor and Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Farm Instructor and Trainer. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for delivering practical farm skills training to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to students on various aspects of farm skills, including livestock management, machinery operation, and farm maintenance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our students and the agricultural industry.
  • Work closely with our farm manager to ensure that training programs are aligned with the needs of the farm and the industry.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Contribute to the development of our farm's skills and knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in farm skills training and education.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
