Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Staff Nurse (RMN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents with dementia.

About the Role:

As a Staff Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of all residents are maintained at the highest possible standard. This includes completing physical and psychological assessments, creating individualized care plans, and updating them daily. You will also be responsible for safely administering and recording medication, liaising with external suppliers and healthcare providers, and monitoring the performance of care staff.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN), a valid UK NMC Pin, and a clear DBS. You will also need to be passionate about providing high-quality care and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
