About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to NHS standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Proven experience working in a surgical ward environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards change and challenges
