Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our Land and Air Systems (LAS) Optronic business unit in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex manufacturing operations in accordance with quality standards and company processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex manufacturing operations in accordance with quality standards and company processes.
  • Adhere to defined company processes when carrying out all tasks.
  • Perform self-assessment and approval of products.
  • Input and support continuous improvement actions.
  • Detect and report any faults or non-compliance.
  • Manage and record build configuration of product.
  • Use company tools (ERP, Palma etc.) when carrying out product assembly tasks.

About You
  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing department.
  • Able to interpret circuit diagrams and identify faults to component level.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • PC literate in the use of Microsoft Office Tool set.
  • Able to secure SC clearance with no restrictions.
