We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing automation strategies to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Email Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of automated email campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly perform cleanups to maintain a healthy database with active subscribers, including leads, customers, and partners.
- Lead Enhancement: Maintain and improve the data-appending process to ensure missing lead information is populated from trusted sources.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Launch AB-tests to continuously optimize and improve performance of email nurturing streams.
- Team Guidance: Manage and mentor a global team of email marketing and automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Platform Integration: Support connections with Salesforce and other business-critical applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with marketing tools.
- Lead Governance: Maintain a lead scoring model. Work on updates and improvements in collaboration with other teams.
Qualifications:
- Background: Minimum of 3 years in marketing automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Analysis: Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Leadership: Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
