About the Role:- Support young people with challenging behaviour and SEND on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Manage challenging behaviour in a positive and consistent manner.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and other support staff.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individualized support to pupils with SEN, tailored to their specific needs and learning styles.
- Working collaboratively with Class Teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
- Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
