What We Offer

As a Graduate Sustainability Coordinator at THG, you will support the central Sustainability team in planning and delivering sustainability projects and initiatives across key business functions and THG brands. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication and organisation skills, and a passion for driving responsible and sustainable business practices.

  • Develop strategic projects and initiatives to improve sustainability across the Group.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team meetings covering specific sustainability issues.
  • Keep the team up-to-date with the latest environmental and sustainability updates, policies, and innovations.
  • Adopt a data-led approach to continuously seek improvement areas and monitor the progress of sustainability campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build a network of Sustainability Champions across the Group to drive innovation and embed sustainability into everyday business.

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
  • A strong passion for Sustainability and the careers opportunities that this field may bring.
  • Good organisational skills and a proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial.
