About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide 24-hour care to vulnerable young people
  • Provide personal care to children, including administering medication
  • Promote a positive parenting role model and maintain professional boundaries
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
  • Flexibility in the roles undertaken
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Registration under the PVG scheme and full driving license
  • SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent desirable
