Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Innovation Manager to join our team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, leveraging your expertise in business development and project management.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with our Programme Managers to develop and deliver projects that drive innovation in health and care settings. You will be responsible for building relationships with national and regional partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing budgets to achieve project objectives.

As a successful candidate, you will have experience in managing complex projects, knowledge of change methodologies such as Quality Improvement (QI) frameworks, Lean or Six Sigma, and project and programme management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or Agile. You will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with a strong understanding of the health and care system, including NHS commissioning and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver projects that drive innovation in health and care settings.
  • To build relationships with national and regional partners, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • To manage budgets to achieve project objectives.
  • To collaborate with our evaluation and learning team to define and measure the impact of our projects.
  • To identify and develop new partnership opportunities to grow our work.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company pension, cycle to work scheme, and enhanced maternity leave.
