A family based near Oxford is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to care for their three children. The role involves sole charge care with occasional shared care as the mother works part-time from home.

The responsibilities include all standard nursery duties, such as getting the children ready for school, packing school bags, preparing snacks, arranging activities and playdates, assisting with bath and bedtime routines, and preparing healthy meals for the children.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable maintaining the children's established routine, have a driver's license, and be pet-friendly as the family has a dog.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 7:00pm, with occasional weekend proxy parenting with prior notice.

The nanny will have their own large en-suite bedroom on the ground floor of the family home.

A negotiable salary of £45,000 gross per annum is offered, depending on experience.

The role is to commence in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
