Social Enterprise Café Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Enterprise Café Coordinator to join our team at Arbury Court. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of our social enterprise café, which is run by service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet the café's ethos and cater to the diverse needs of our service users.
- Lead the production of food products for sale in the café, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to café staff, promoting skill development and confidence.
- Collaborate with service users to co-produce menus, develop food-based events, and create initiatives that promote positive wellbeing.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways and a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support a team with varying talents and skills.
- Level 3 food hygiene certificate or willingness to work towards it.
- Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong interest in special dietary requirements and wholesome food.
