Key Responsibilities

  • Geo-referencing and digitizing features from CAD and paper plans into ArcGIS
  • Data management, collection, interpretation, and analyzing of land data
  • Production of clear and accurate legal documentation such as order plans, books of reference, notices, and schedules

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in geography/planning
  • 1 year of relevant work experience, ideally in the production of books of reference, order plans, notices, and schedules
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to rural and urban locations
  • Competent GIS user (preferably ArcGIS)

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
