Job Title: Managing Consultant SAP Finance S4HANA

We are seeking a seasoned Managing Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions to join our team at Stealth iT Consulting. As a key member of our Corporate Experience practice, you will be responsible for driving delivery of Finance Transformations forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow the Finance Transformation advisory consulting business by supporting RFP/RFIs and broadening our footprint in existing client relationships.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, business unit, and division heads to drive client value.
  • Support points of view creation, which result in significant client impact and strengthen our external reputation.
Programme Delivery:
  • Design and deliver large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by leveraging your SAP Finance expertise in collaboration with our organization.
  • Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client.
  • Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Play a key role as a member of the Corporate Experience practice.
  • Collaborate with Client teams to drive strategic points of view, ensure delivery expectations are met, and resolve open issues related to delivery.
  • Demonstrate passion for the business and constant focus on outstanding performance.
Personal Growth and Development:
  • Contribute to the business and your own personal growth through activities that form part of the following categories:
  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization with experience in selling and delivering Finance solutions including SAP S/4 HANA. You will also have a proven track record of SAP S/4 HANA Finance design and delivery experience in lead roles, as well as experience working as a Finance workstream lead. Additionally, you will have experience of proposition building and delivery, business development, and SAP S/4 HANA Finance Solution Architecture experience in lead roles.
