The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

About the Role

This position involves leading a multidisciplinary team in the theatre complex and ensuring high standards of care, staff support, and development are delivered.

  • As a senior member of the team, you will provide assurance that theatre practice meets national, professional, and local guidance.
  • You will contribute to the development and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures and Policies within the theatre complex.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse or ODP qualification.
  • Diploma or degree in nursing or allied health professional studies.
  • Mentor/assessor qualification or working towards.
  • Leadership course or equivalent or working towards.

You will also require extensive post-registration experience in the theatres setting, management experience, and expert knowledge in one specialism and proficient in a second.
