Tenancy Sustainment Professional

As a Tenancy Sustainment Professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent services to Adullam Residents. This involves co-ordinating tenancy management, rent collection, and ensuring all housing management income is collected effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring fair access, processing applications, conducting background checks, and allocating vacant properties. Additionally, you will ensure supported accommodation is available for use, minimising vacant properties and void turnaround time.

This is a key post contributing to the delivery of Adullam's housing services to its residents. Working within Associations' corporate aims and objectives, you will deliver a customer-focused service. You will work effectively as a team member, maintaining health and safety standards, and contributing to our values, culture, and ethos. The role requires effective relationships with colleagues and external agencies, adhering to the Association's policies and procedures.
