Job Details
We're looking for a skilled Desktop Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Household Claims team, you'll be responsible for investigating, managing, and reporting on a varied range of claims. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage household claims, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide a high level of service.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that claims are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Report on claims activity and provide insights to help improve our claims process.
