Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing, Professions and Quality Lead to join our team at Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading our next stage of development with a focus on staff and service user growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of nursing and professions strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive forward our trust's vision and objectives
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care
- Champion staff engagement and well-being, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £120,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare management)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
