About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • To assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication disorders
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • To work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • To maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
  • Experience working with adults and/or children with communication disorders
