ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead - Electrical to join our Natural Resources team. The successful candidate will oversee projects to upgrade and enhance existing wastewater treatment facilities.

As an Engineering Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Authorizing technical scopes of works, conducting gap analysis on mechanical tender submissions, and compiling mechanical design RFIs.
  • Identifying and rectifying interface issues within mechanical D&B packages.
  • Creating digital quality records and managing supply chain programs.
  • Developing project management plans and conducting site investigations.

This role requires a minimum HND qualification in electrical engineering, experience in electrical engineering design on capital projects, and knowledge of switchgear design, discrimination calculations, and protection devices.

We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits that prioritize diversity and inclusion.
