**Job Description:**

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to address them. Your expertise in safeguarding, child protection, and best practice will help us deliver exceptional support to our foster families and children.

**Key Requirements:**

  • A social work qualification and up-to-date registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in fostering or childcare settings.
  • Proven track record of working with and on behalf of children, respecting their individuality, and promoting their positive development.
  • Experience in group work and training delivery.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Children's Act.
