Role Overview
Able Bridge Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Payroll Specialist to join their finance team. This newly created role will be based in our corporate office in Fife and involve managing the day-to-day operations of our payroll function.
The Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payment of all employees.
- HR/Payroll System Management: Manage new starter, leaver, and wage/salary change processes.
- Rota Information Collation: Work with department heads to gather and cross-reference rota data.
- Payroll Reporting: Generate reports highlighting productivity data and payroll budget versus actual spend.
- Journals Reconciliation: Reconcile PAYE, NI, and Pension journals.
