Job Title: Advanced MSK Physiotherapist

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as an Advanced MSK Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To act as a specialist physiotherapist in MSK outpatient conditions and manage patients referred to the Healthshare clinics for assessment, clinical diagnosis and management.
  • To assess patients in a First Contact Practitioner role in GP surgeries to assist in early diagnosis and rehabilitation of suitable patients.
  • To assist in clinical audits of the Service and contribute to the development of the service in conjunction with the Physiotherapy Management Team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working at a Band 6 level in MSK outpatients. They will also have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to delivering first-class services, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

They must also have advanced organisational and time management skills, proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and advanced communication skills.

The postholder will be required to exercise economic and efficient use of financial resources, ensure the security of property, and promote equal opportunities.
