Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining communication with banks, and preparing quarterly VAT returns. Additionally, they will process payroll, reconcile supplier statements, and manage employee expenses. The ideal candidate will have prior office managing experience, extensive Sage Line 50 experience, and excellent computer and admin skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording and maintaining financial transactions on Sage Line 50.
- Maintaining communication with banks and tracking account balances.
- Preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns.
- Processing payroll on Sage software and reconciling all PAYE, Pension & Net wages accounts.
- Managing employee expenses.
- Reconciling supplier statements and making timely payments.
Requirements:
- Prior office managing experience.
- Extensive Sage Line 50 experience.
- Excellent computer and admin skills.
- Payroll experience.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 17:00, Friday 9:00 am - 15:00, with a 30-minute lunch break each day. This is a temp to perm role with a competitive hourly rate of £14.50 - £16.00 depending on experience.
