About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Seasonal Plant Supervisor to lead our garden centre team in Harlow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the seasonal plant section, ensuring it's well-stocked and beautifully presented.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a garden centre and knowledge of seasonal plants, gardening, and plant care. You will have strong leadership skills and confidence in running a small team, as well as training, developing, and motivating your colleagues.
As a Seasonal Plant Supervisor with MorePeople, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client is a leading garden centre group passionate about helping customers cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces and gardens.
Key Responsibilities:
