About the Role

The Community Liaison Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Anti-Social Behaviour Officers, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and proactive service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Anti-Social Behaviour Officers to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
  • Supervise and support ASB Officers in handling a range of ASB cases, providing coaching and guidance on complex matters.
  • Monitor and manage team performance to achieve KPIs and customer service standards.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including local authorities, police, and community organisations.
  • Represent the ASB service at court hearings and stakeholder meetings, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a team in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of anti-social behaviour legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance monitoring systems.
  • Track record of managing performance and delivering against KPIs.
  • Experience in preparing legal documentation and attending court is desirable.
