Telesales Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client's expanding team in Plymouth, UK. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting a diverse range of products to both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Providing detailed product information and addressing customer queries.
- Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Following up on leads and accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and other sales tools.
