Primary Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Nurse to join our team at GP Practices in North HSCP. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a community and treatment room setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and delivering quality nursing care and interventions to a cluster population and the wider locality.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1st level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience is not essential, as learning and development opportunities are available through our Ayrshire Graduate Nurse development programme.
