Job Title: Asset Performance Specialist

eFinancialCareers is seeking a skilled Asset Performance Specialist to join their team. As an Asset Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop reports as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex queries and ABOR/IBOR reconciliation issues.
  • Supporting performance analysts in calculating performance, attribution, and ex-post risk across retail funds.
  • Maintaining and demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of retail performance, including a clear understanding of the firm's product ranges / fund types.
  • Ensuring appropriate procedures and controls are in place for all performance processes and functions.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a performance role.
  • Experience of Lipper and Morningstar performance systems.
  • Experience of leading performance projects and improving processes.
  • Experience in programming and visualisation tools (Python, SQL, VBA, Power BI).

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
