About the Position

Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced Asset Performance Manager to join our team at Taw Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve asset reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. As an Asset Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing asset maintenance plans and schedules
  • Conducting regular reviews and analysis of asset performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with operators and other teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to asset performance and maintenance activities

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 26 days holiday, employer pension matched up to 6%, and X4 annual salary life assurance cover.
